Project proposal training – done!

Participants of the Proposal Writing Training, organized by members of the Association for Competency Development “S.K.I.L.L.S.”

In 2018, members of the Association for Competency Development “S.K.I.L.L.S.” have recognized a need for their and their colleagues’ professional development in the field of project management. This team-in-making wanted to improve their skills and learn together, thus creating stronger bonds with each other, in order to make their regional cooperation possible through joint work on projects.

The Proposal Writing Training was organized by members of the Association for Competency Development “S.K.I.L.L.S.” and was attended by counselors for the Competencies Passport from Serbia and Kosovo as well. From May 24 until July 16, a total of nine counselors for the Competencies Passport had a change to grasp concepts and approaches to project proposal writing. Through two training modules, they spoke about logical frameworks, budgeting and other important components of this process.

This activity was supported by GIZ, in the name of the German government. Trainees thanked GIZ and said they hope for successful, joint project activities in the future.
